Happy New Year! Happy New Cheese! We already are crazy busy and the year has only just begun! We have started developing new cheese, we have moved in at O Botanista where we are now producing and selling our cheese & we are planning some other very exciting things. This year could not have started better. We are so grateful! From Saturday the 16th of February we will also be selling our beautiful cheeses at O Botanista where we have also started producing our cheeses in their commercial kitchen upstairs. We could not be more excited. We are honoured to be part of such an incredible place.

We have a new team member. Ana Pinto. She is just so wonderful and already is our head cheese maker and founder Karo’s right hand & support at Foodprintz Cafe and is now also by her side making cheese! Team awesome in the house!
